This has been the worst interview process of my life. Initially, HR discussed the opening for QA Lead since I had 10+ years of experience. They had immediate requirement for US visa and since I had one with expired status, they very excitedly conducted 2 rounds of interview and after getting selected in the 2 rounds, I spoke to recruiter that my visa needs to be renewed and post understanding this, the HRs attitude changed completely and he said that we are willing to extend the offer but not for Test Lead but for Sr. Test Engineer and he also mentioned that Test Lead was being offered because visa process required it but now, we won't be able to offer you the role. Totally unethical organization, HR and processes. They are looking for visa resources instead of skillset required for the job role. I declined their offer and have got selected in another firm.
