Entrevista
Interview was carried out in 3 rounds.
First being a screening round. Touched different topics based on technical aspects. How far is my knowledge in using the tools and other frameworks
Second round was all about decision making skills besides few technical questions. Quite a good number of hypothetical questions were asked to analyse the analytical and decision making capability skills.
Last round was with HR to discuss about the compensation and Organization policies

Many rounds of interviews, waited for a long time to get a project. Also heard layoff was easy here. Work from office culture is hectic. Salary negotiation was big and little management oriented HR team.

Entrevista
Hiring process is very slow. They took 3 rounds in 1 month and after shortlisting, they took all the documents to release the offer letter but never released it because they keep you on standby and meanwhile look for other candidates for same position. Totally wastage of time

Questions related to your previous projects and testing concepts
The whole interview process was good, but the consultancy rescheduled the interview twice which was difficult to manage every time. Feedback received was on time. the overall nice experience got to know few new things also.
