Grand Rounds has the BEST recruiters. I was contacting by their Sr. recruiter Devin, who is very passionate about Grand Rounds and what they do. Then he set up an interview with the hiring manager, who also was very passionate about GR and what they do to make a real change in the world. Later, they set up a few panel interview over 5 hours. I met with the major stakeholders. The final round was with the CTO, who is down to earth, very knowledgeable, and very passionate about what GR does, like the rest of his team. You can tell about a company by their leaders. Honestly, by the time I completed my interview, I was able to see how this company has so many talented and passionate people. Paired with a mission that really matters, I knew it is a recipe for great success, and I just wanted to be part of this team to contribute to it and make a positive impact every day. I read every single review on Glassdoor, and I have to admit, all the positive reviews are real. After a few weeks been working here, the working environment is the BEST I've ever seen.
