They wanted me to sign a non disclosure agreement for a first round analyst interview lol. This was after completing a multiple hour coding assessment before getting to speak to anyone I would be working with. No thanks.

Never been so thrown off by a recruiter in the first phone screen. I was moved onto the next steps, but I immediately turned down continuing with this company after being mansplained by the recruiter how I should be answering questions in the interview. This is after the fact that the recruiter had the audacity to do this while confusing the role I was interviewing for with another one. Thank you for raising all sorts of flags before I continued deeper into the process.
