I went through 2-3 rounds of interviews with Incubyte. I enjoyed speaking with the senior team members; however, as a candidate, you invest time and effort into the process with the hope of being the right fit. It’s disappointing to learn that this could have been addressed during the initial screening. The first round was coding assessment for the tdd-string-calculator, the second round was the technical round, and the third round was the technical round. I qualified in all the rounds and after that, they are saying your technical stacks do not align with our requirements. so frustrating if that was the case why did you took 3 rounds then?
