Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 5 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Indeed (Austin, TX) em ago. de 2016
Entrevista
The interviewer set up a phone screening. He did not ask me a lot of questions just some questions about my previous experience in my former jobs/ customer service experience. How much I knew about indeed. He did not ask a lot of questions, but explained a lot of the perks of the company which are endless and seem amazing. They have a no office culture, unlimited PTO, they have meals prepared 5 days a week, coffee bar/ juice bar, game room, a full floor gym, and a lot of team building events. They really believe in taking care of their employees, so they can be fully refreshed and rejuvenated after a well deserved break. I really wanted this job but the hiring managers reviewed my credentials and decided not to proceed. There process is a phone screening, then a hiring manager calls you, then you are invited for ma couple hour interview where you can access the culture and see how well you fit in.

Interview process was great. First was a screening call with recruiter, we talked about relevant experience, data driven experience is important. Second round was dual 30 minute interviews with hiring managers, asked about sales skills and work ethic. Final interview was with director, sales role play and behavioral interview. All team members were very transparent and willing to answer questions.

Had 4 interviews. One interview, the manager was out so I had to interview with a director instead. I then went on to the final round and had to do another interview with that same director which made things awkward since we had already conducted an interview. For the final round, I was given a small amount of material prior and had to do a roleplay phone call based on that interview. The roleplay went great, but the final interview part got even more awkward because the director was no longer asking qualifying questions, instead, more personal ones that I guess were important? They asked what the hardest thing I’ve ever been through in my life (which turned the convo negative), asked about what I do in my personal life to prepare for a days work. Swearing they wanted me to tell them that I meditated and did yoga or something. It was overall a weird experience in that 4th round.
