I had an internal referral submit my application. A recruiter contacted me about a week after submission. I had a phone screening less than a week later. Then the recruiter essentially ghosted me. I had to follow up twice to get a response, when it was revealed they had not sent my info to the hiring manager when they said they would 3 weeks prior. I received an auto email 2 days later declining me for the position.
