Entrevista
This automated phone screen is the most dreadful initial screen experience I've ever had with a few dozens of companies I interviewed with. When I responded to a question, the recorded message kept telling me "I'm sorry, I couldn't understand your answer, please try again." I tried at least 10 times, but the automated system would not let me proceed. I was stuck in the process. The service is not even functional, not to mention about creating a delightful and painless experience for the user. I advise the IT and UX department to take a close look at the issue and possibly fix it soon because it really damages Indeed's image as a recruiting service that claims to highly value technology and design.

Entrevista
Though I didn't advance in interview process, I received valuable feedback and the manager mentioned he would stay in contact. I am new to the design field and the role I interviewed for required 3 years experience, but I was offered an opportunity to interview, which I greatly appreciated.

The phone interview was about 15 minutes. We talked background experience, what the goals is in the next position, the roles they are hiring for and interview process. The project list and link
Complete waste of time. String you on with various design challenges and panel interviews over a span of 6 months. Where salary expectations were clearly communicated during the initial conversations with the lead recruiter. In the end, received a lowball offer. Stay away.
