Process is a bit unorganized, but this position is very new and was recruiting for its inaugural class. I completed an online assessment that gave real product examples and scenarios, and it took me 1 hour to complete. My resume and email were used to track my application. I moved onto the next round, which was a 1 hour video chat with a product manager. I had a really positive experience and really enjoyed it! I received an invite to their onsite, but moments later the recruiter had reached out to tell me that it was a mistake and I actually didn't make it to the next round. It was made clear that no feedback whatsoever could be given to candidates, and I was discouraged from reaching out to the PM who interviewed me.
