screening interview by phone, then another interview with responsible in USA and the third one with Analyst in Ireland. After I was refused by the analyst because my last role was accounting and not FP&A, so I don't understating why make me waste my time, if I also had almost 4 years FP&A before. In general no logical feedback for a recruitment company. I have 10 years experience in accounting and Finance, and I've never had an awful experience like this one.
