Enjoyable process and really nice people, very compatible, etc. Process is so far 4 weeks from issuing in Resume and discussing with recruiter. I am awaiting an offer or an email declining to proceed, I'm not sure where I stand at the moment to be honest or if anyone else is in the running for the job, for example. I've come this far but there seems to be a lot more further meetings / on site discussions coming.
