Had a phone call with a recruiter, just checking your experience and brief you the interview process. passed the first round phone interview, was supposed to proceed to on site interview but was asked by the hiring manager to do an extra javascript assignment. I finished the assignment in about 2 days, but got rejection a few days later. the rejection reason is not very convincing. Overall I don't feel it's a fair interview, I think they don't really have a standard for the assignment. Be prepared that you may just helping them testing their interview process. There must be a reason that a lot of interview feedbacks are negative.
