I first had a very casual phone interview where a recruiter asked me questions about my resume and overall past experience. From here, I was asked to come into the office for a formal interview. I interviewed with four different men from senior management who all asked me questions on my resume and experience, but in more detail than my previous phone interview. They also asked my a lot of thought-provoking questions (i.e. "why sales?"). I was essentially hired on the spot. A pretty typical sales interview.
