Entrevista
Phone Screen + In-Person.
The phone screen was fine - all of the questions you would expect for a role like this.
The in-person interview was odd - they printed a "resume" from their own Indeed site and did not use the formatted resume I submitted via email to their HR staff. Several people pointed out "errors" in my resume, which were entirely out of my control as a result of this.
Mostly nice people; however, the CTO was entirely arrogant - he hardly looked at me during the conversation, cutting me off mid-reply, questioning my response before it came out of my mouth - this guy was in an ivory tower and looking down on me. I understand the "shake out" process some people take in an interview, but there is a degree of respect you should show others as an ambassador for your organization - screamed poor culture and high stress. I got the impression that this guy was not happy about Recruit Holding's acquisition of Indeed - seems like he has lost power and clout as a result and is being pushed out of his once glorified position.
