The first level technical interview was easy. A couple of standard algorithm question and one simple question on classification. Second round, was an interview with a product manager. Loads of questions on how to improve the experience for candidates and employees. It was going well until one of my answers. To make experience better for employers I had suggested that we should give a number that specifies how related the resume is to the job description and also order the resume based on this number, so that it is easier for employers to find matching candidates soon. The interviewer felt that it would be unfair to some candidates as they may be ranked at the bottom. This may be the reason for not going to the next round as well. I dont see why it is unfair as indeed should be ranking job description as I see most relevant to me on top. so given that it is not unfair to other companies that come in the bottom, why is it different for candidates? Also it is not like the companies cant see all the resume, since ATS filter non relevant candidates this is much better than ATS that doesnt even give a chance to recruiter to see them.
Very long process. 6 interviews. Technical and non-technical. Coding tasks and code review exercise. Architecture and design session. A lot more hands on technical interviews than expected. Lots of interviewers were late or delegated to junior staff members including new starters.
Smart and well thought through interview process. Questions are for the most part directly assessing for the skills needed in the job. Various coding interviews, code review, architecture design, manager interview, discussion of resume experience, and mock interview and mock debrief are typical.

Entrevista
Multi-stage process: Resume Deep Dive, Architecture / System Design, Whiteboard / Coding, Code Review, Manager, Close. The recruiter did a great job guiding new through each phase. It was thorough, but not difficult. Employees from many departments and levels conducted the interviews and provided the results back upstream.
