My interview experience was very bizarre, especially because I had very positive feeling after I was done with all my interview rounds because they couldn't have gone better for me. Each and every interviewer seemed very pleased as well and my resume deep dive went so great that managers took extended time to talk and even tried to convince me to join the company. But I got rejected later after a week and when I asked for feedback I was told that there were areas of improvement in the rounds that went the best. Interviewers literally told me that they gave me brownie points too for asking all the right questions and solving the problem. I did not even feel like it was my feedback at all. This has never happened with me before and more than sad I'm heavily confused on what basis the company rejected me because given a chance to interview again I would give my interview exactly like I did before. I heard people getting offer from indeed when they pass just 2/19 test cases in progex, I passed 13/19 which is maximum I heard people passed in the interview. I cannot recall a single round where I would have doubt and hold that responsible for my rejection. I want to ask Indeed, are you sure you rejected the right candidate? I spent so much time preparing for this role and I was so certain of the offer. Why does the company waste time of the candidates if they are just going to be racist or sexist while candidates selection because I don't see any other reason at all for my rejection. Process: First there is technical phone screening. Later they set up onsite round that can go on entire day or spread out in two days period. The onsite rounds are: Architecture, whiteboard, code review, progex and resume deep dive (Behavioral).
