We started by introducing ourselves to each other. It had an open-ended question related to strings was asked. The solution was discussed, and then I was asked to code the same.

4 rounds of coding interview. The interviewer introduced himself, asked some basic questions about my experience and then dived into a few coding problems. The interviewer was very informative and patient despite my nervousness. They gave me enough time to think through my responses, and it helped me to do my best. The team lead was friendly and explained the team’s work and expectations. They were interested in learning about my previous projects, code quality and I could tell that they were looking for culture fit amongst our personalities. The entire interview process took about an hour.
