Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. O processo levou 3 meses. Fui entrevistado pela Indeed (Austin, TX) em nov. de 2015
Entrevista
After literally going through interviews over the course of 3 months and over 13 hours worth of interviews between over 12+ people, I was declined for a job offer. This was fine, but the entire process - including 8 hours in person between 9 separate interviews on one day and 3 phone interviews, finalizing with a Skype interview - was very long and way too thorough to be put through the ringer like this only to not get a call back until 2 weeks later where I had to remind the recruiter for a result (which I'd assumed since I didn't get a call-back was negative).
Great learning experience and wonderful people I interviewed with - I just wish that it'd been more forefront that I wasn't an ideal candidate without having to go through 3 months of staggered interviews.

Network protocol for troubleshooting possible website issues such as why a user may not receive a notification email on features implemented by a previous release.
Three phone calls. The last person I spoke to clearly had no interest in interviewing me. She made me feel like it was a courtesy to even speak to me. Maybe they had already hired someone, no clue. I heard nothing back from the company at all after that in spite of 3 follow up calls/emails.

Not really an interview, but I didnt know where to write up this problem. I have been contact several times via email from this company. Their email state that they feel I am a good candidate for position "xxx". I though Indeed was a reputable company, so I apply. Usually have to fill out additional questions...etc. A couple of hours later, get an email saying they need more information, another questionnaire. Before I can complete, I get the email "Thank you for applying, but..." Like many that frequent their site, I am looking for work. I am currently working, but my company is closing my location down. I have a stress level right now that no one should have to deal with because I am in a very specific industry and it is very hard to find a position where my experience translates to another industry. These phishing tactics get my hopes up, just for them to let me down. Not a very nice thing to do to someone dealing wiht a lot of stress job hunting already!!!
