First thing HR will blunder you, They are not clear about their requirment/Position. Initially they will say yes c2c can work, will setup Interview. Inteview process was better - ( Only better thing here) Once you got selected real challange will start. They will change c2c Position to Contract-to-hire then HR will not response Intentionally. You will keep calling, email they will give very cold response everytime. After that they will say Interview team wants to reduce salay/Pay rate, even you will get agree. They will say let me check wth team again and another week gone. After one week they will send contract paper by remving some clauses intentionally so again your employer and HR back and forth and In the end they will say it did not work out. V Imp : HR will work from overseas ( Routing to US number for every communication) so you dont have option to call and wait for email response only. Wow In the end 4 weeks done no offer even got selected.
