I started the interview process for the integration Specialist role. I was asked to write a 2 to 3 page document with diagrams. I then completed a phone interview with HR discussing the role and my interests. At that point I mentioned that I wanted to also apply for the dev role. I then met with both the dev and services management. Questions ranged from my dev experience to my previous implementation projects. Nothing out of the ordinary. I was offered the dev role but unfortunately had to decline. Hopefully there are future opportunities for me.
