Entrevista
I had a phone interview and then was scheduled to take classes at IPI to learn about pts who have tracheostomies and are on ventilators. I also learned about ventilators and received a certificate and CEs for the ventilator class. After all that I was finally "hired". Class time was at least 8+ hrs.
The interview process was easy, and the recruiter she was nice and enthusiastic. The location was ideal in Oakbrook and the facilities were nice and the office was spacious and some of the employees seemed to nice.

Entrevista
I met with the nursing recruiter, then the new grad instructor for the 4 week training session. I then met with the director and she interviewed me again. I got an offer that day.
