The process took over 3 weeks, the first time was a Python test, that was easy. The second part, was a phone interview with someone, I think that could be anyone in the enterprise, it looked like it was a script to follow. I think that the person is not a qualified one to do this kind of activity, unless he has some kind of knowledge about HR, so he can figure out with if the person is anxious, nervous or whatever, and he can do a "fair judgement".
