There were three rounds. The focus was on to check the candidate's fluency in English. The academic records don't even matter.
They have 2 different teams - one for IT and one for Non - IT , Helpful people. Interview Process - 2 rounds 1 with Team Manager second with Director.

Entrevista
3 Rounds of Interview- First round is Phone Screening( Comm Skills) after that the skills review (knowledge about the profile) and in last and final round Background Check(Documents Verification). After that the process is complete and proper induction for the new employees.
