The interview process had three rounds. The first round was a Group Discussion, where we were given a general topic and asked to discuss it within a limited time. The panel was observing our communication skills, clarity of thought, and how well we interacted with the team. The second round was a Group Task, where we were given a situation to solve together as a group. This round tested our problem-solving abilities, team coordination, and leadership skills. The final round was the Personal Interview. In this round, I was asked to introduce myself and talk about my interests and hobbies. They also asked questions related to my internship projects. Apart from that, I was asked some basic questions from Electronics, like fundamental concepts and components, and a few basic Marketing questions such as the 4Ps and real-life applications. The interview panel was quite friendly and focused on understanding both my technical and interpersonal skills.
