I had an initial phone interview, followed by an in-person interview with two individuals: the IT Director, Dwayne, and another IT employee. They offered me the job, I accepted, turned down another offer that came in at the same time, and made arrangements with HR to start.
However, on the day I was to start work, Dwayne came out and told me that they "still had some paperwork to do" and sent me home. A few days later, I received a call from the recruiter I worked with who told me that the offer had been withdrawn.
When I reached out to the Office to ask what had happened, I was told that my request was considered an APRA request, that they would be forwarding to their APRA rep, and I never heard anything futher.

Entrevista
HR contacts to schedule. First meeting is with Section Chief and Chief or with a panel of 3-5 attorneys plus an HR representative for IDAG positions. The interview lasts 45 minutes to an hour. Expect questions about your experience and resume.

Three step process: Apply via law school's OCI or office of professional development process. If accepted, then an initial OCI with the HR Director. Then specific divisions can reach out for virtual interviews if they find you to be a desirable candidate.
