Saw online ad and applied. Was called the next week for an interview. Was surprised how seemingly easy questions were. No real content and very general. The person interviewing me said she was a supervisor but I was a little concerned when she apparently had difficulty answering some of my questions regarding the specifics of the position. I got the impression that she really did not know a lot about case management; so much so that I made a point to ask her again that she was a supervisor. Should have known from that what was to come.

Online application, then a pre screening phone interview to verify info on resume and ask a few questions. Then in person interview in the community. Received job offer shortly later.

The interview process started with a virtual interview followed by an in-person interview. Both were thorough. In person was very relaxed, but I'm sure it depends on who you are interviewing with.

Initial virtual interview. Then met with the local manager for an in person interview. It was a very relaxed process between both virtual and in person. He department is very nice.
