Immediately noticed that of the 4-5 people I passed/encountered on the way to the interview, only one smiled. The manager that interviewed me didn't even look at my resume. She read through a few pages of general questions only asking about my current position. She didn't inquire as to any of my other roles and only wanted to focus on the position that I've not been at long and I'm leaving for obvious reasons. No questions like - which position did you like best and why, or least and why; what would your managers say about you; positives, challenges, etc. I've had other managers try to talk up the company, but she barely mentioned a thing about the company or the physician.
