I applied online and after my application was referred by IU HR to the hiring department, I was contacted for an interview. I came in and met with 4 employees who asked me various questions about my personality, professionally experience, and about my goals and plans for the future.

What would you say is your greatest professional weakness and what steps have you taken in the past to improve this?
