very professional and friendly managers, had a tour of the unit, shadow with one of the nurse, I had an option to choose a different unit than the one I have been interviewed for. They also waited for me to pass the boards. I went through the residency program for the new grads. Overall a good experience.

Seamless, this was the first time I shadowed for a job which was helpful to see how the flow works. Interviewed with manager and staff. All questions were answered. Was a process that made me comfortable.
