Very simple interview. Standard process. Phone interview first and then in person interview with a group of 3 plus yourself. Hired about 25 interns for the summer in several departments.

Applied in December. Got an update end of January. The first round was a meeting with the hiring managers, second round with the rest of the team. Waited a few weeks and got my offer right after the scouting combine

talked to a few people during interview about strengths... It wasn't super hard at all they just get to know your personally and then ask you a few questions about your schooling and maybe some skills you have and why you would be good with the colts
