I began with a screening interview with HR, during which they provided an introduction to the client, discussed my qualifications, introduced me to the company, and explained the role. They also informed me about the salary and bonuses for the position. At the conclusion of the screening, I was informed that I would proceed to the second interview with the department head. The interview with the department head went well. I was asked to talk about myself and my skills, and I inquired about a typical day in the role. It seemed that everyone was satisfied with the interview. I sent a follow-up email, was informed that the hiring process was put on hold for a few weeks. Subsequently, nearly two months passed without any further communication.

The nicest best conversation I've ever had. I immediately felt that the employee mattered. All information presented from the very beginning. I received all answers to my questions. If something needed to be explained, it was explained immediately.
