Applied online and got a call for the phone interview.Had an HR interview with HR and technical interview with the manager. But the process took so long to hear back from them, almost 3 months.

I apply for one position, but it was filled. After a while they contact me because they had another vacancy. The Interview. 2 guys asking me questions and writing down my answers. At the end they thought maybe I am overqualified for this position I think.
