The process began with a 20-30 min phone screen with a recruiter in Boston. This wasn't too intense and was more conversational. I had an onsite interview the following week where I met with 4 people over 3 hours. That was more intense but it was broken up enough that it wasn't exhausting.

Group interview. We had to pick out our favourite book and then pick out a book for someone else that was being interviewed. We also had to role play offering the Indigo Plum Rewards to customers.
Interview was laid back, met several people with the company. Some you could tell wanted to be there, some did not. Being an Ag company, there were several within the interview process that were employees of Indigo that had no knowledge of anything Agricultural
