Entrevista
About a year ago I interviewed for an AD role with the "hiring manager's" manager. It was a great interview, we hit it off and she stated that I needed to meet with the actual hiring manager but that would be it because I was a great fit. The took place on a friday and I had the next interview the following Monday. The hiring manager interview went well also, but now I need to meet with one more person, so I did that afternoon, that interview went great as well, so then they asked me to meet with one more person the following day, a Tuesday. The entire time I was hearing that I was a great fit from everyone and then....nothing, completely ghosted. I reached out about a week later to the original recruiter for closure, but never heard a response. I'm not sure if this is a sign of the times or the org, but either way that kind of experience is never OK.

Entrevista
I just have one call, they asked the normal questions you get in an interview, telling me about the role, and why they are hiring in LATAM, something that turns weird when they asked for my salary expectations which was the average in my Country town, they told me that was higher than they was offering, I think its a disrespect that US companies are looking for talent (that actually is pretty good in terms of quality) but they want to pay a very poor salarie in comparison with local companies. Do a favor and don't underestimate our skills, and talent, and pay what is fair.
They informed me in that meeting that I had another call scheduled but instead they ghosted me.
Don't waste your time with this kind of companies.
