I received a phone call almost a week after submitting my application online and got invited to an interview. The interview lasted from 11-2. Firstly, we introduced ourselves to the whole group and said a few words as to who we are. Then we watched a video that would introduce the company to us and after that, the lady made questions based on this video. Then we played the "different scenarios" game as a group

What motivates you most & make you be more productive?
We made a small phone interview and then we made a group call where we answered questions and were asked to solve a case. They also asked about our motivations and to talk about ourselves.
