Zara Human Resources found me on LinkedIn.. we emailed and then had a phone interview which lead to a in person interview.. which lead to me getting the assistant manager position at Zara Calgary
Communication was quite free and not formal at all. The interviewer made jokes and made the interview instantly more comfortable. We did the interview through internet, so it can be a little bit more awkward (I like to talk more face to face than through Skype or phone etc). The interviewer instantly gave feedback on my answers.
