i attended this company on 2018 October ,Its a very small company , The technical guy interviewed me for Appium , I answered almost 90 % correctly, but he dont have intention to choose me. just for name sake he interviewed and said we will call you back..

It will be 3 rounds. 1. first round - Technical(Theoretical) It will be one hour interview. 2.Second round - Technical(Java/selenium code) It will be also be one hour interview 3.Third round - HR The interview was quite tough but cleared anyway and i expected a reasonable hike in salary. They confirmed to provide the expected salary and told that they will release the offer letter on the day of joining but at the time of joining they stepped back to provide the expected salary and did not release the offer letter. They said that the higher management did not approve the salary. If this is the case, they shouldn't have confirmed me about the salary. I could see the poor management structure in Indium and the salary will be poor.
