Mostly for HR KPI don't bother about apply. They will send the test after you submit for 3 times they still spam and ask for the answer. I don't know why HR still make this scenario to achieve their KPI

Started with HR reaching out personally.
Given take home test that you could finished using any stack you're familiar with. Next is user interview, and then we went to technical round about basic coding challenge and improving your take home test. After you passed, they arranged for Manager and CTO interview. And then, HR will contact you regarding the offers.

Entrevista
The recruiter initially contacted me after office hours and asked for an online interview the next morning. When I requested a reschedule, she never replied. One month later, she reached out again as if the previous message didn’t exist.
I agreed to her proposed schedule, but she asked to reschedule just 2 hours before the interview. I confirmed availability for the next day after lunch, yet she didn’t respond or propose a time until the next morning. On the interview day, she showed up 15 minutes late, mentioning laptop issues, and the apology was minimal, just “thank you and sorry”. She also promised an update within a week, but it has now been over 2 weeks with no follow-up.
I understand things can happen, but overall, the hiring process felt disorganized and showed little respect for the candidate’s time. I hope the company improves its recruitment professionalism.
