They interviewed me in a motel lobby. The interview consisted of explaining the job (Which I aready held, and they simply won the contract by underbidding), and offering me a lowball salary ($16,000 than I was making already doing the job). We settled on $8,000 less than I was making. No technical questions.

Was already on an existing contract that they was awarded. Was promised they would keep me on and if not would let me know if they decided to go with another candidate. Their intent was to deceptively contact another software engineer whom I knew and offer him the position without telling me (He actually called me and told me they made him an offer). Offering him the position was perfectly fine for me but the fact they secretly negotiated with him as well as post the job on their site while assuring me I was to stay raised serious red flags. I actually called the hiring manager after finding out about their "secret" negotiations with the other SE and he tapped dance (almost incoherently) for 10 minutes diverting into irrelevancies instead of answering to clear concise questions. They claimed to be family oriented but appear to be operate on shifty appearance by giving impressions different from the true one; misleading.
