One on one conversation with hiring manager, other members in the Engineering team, HR manager, and representatives of other departments in the company including Design, Sales and Marketing. Each conversation lasted about 30 minutes.
For a company that’s supposed to be based on “caring” and creating products that help people, it’s interesting that their recruiting process is SO bad. No respect for candidates. Recruiters are incompetent. Their requirements for positions are crazy over inflated.
Low Glassdoor rating is deserved in my opinion.

Infantino was looking for a VP of Product Development. A resume and portfolio are submitted online. Phone interviews follow to review your qualifications and discuss the position. I found the interviewer to be very friendly and the overall process moved smoothly. It was very nice to send and receive personal emails from the recruiter.
