Zusendung der Bewerbungsunterlagen auf Empfehlung, Erstgespräch mit dem Chef, Zweitgesprch mit Chef und HR, jeweils eine Stunde, Probetag in der Abteilung, Termin bei Betriebsarzt. Angenehme Gespräche, normale Fragen, standard.

It lasted 3 months and role was changed in the last interview without notice or further explanation of it. The overall experience was goo,d but confusing with periods of no communication

2 rounds were held: HR and Technical. It lasted 1 hour. Most of Questions related to profile were asked. HR round was easy. Information about job location and job related incentives were told.

The interview process was good and fair. A few technical questions were involved, in addition to standard questions about past work experiences. There was a very long delay between the interview itself and feedback, however (2 months).
