Entrevista
I was invited to an on-site interview with a choice of dates. The process began with a short presentation about myself and the assigned topic, followed by a competency-based interview. I then completed the technical interview in a separate room. In total, the interview lasted around 1.5 hours and concluded with a short tour of the site.

The competency-based interview included questions about my role within a team, how I approach collaboration, and how I manage busy or high-pressure periods. The technical interview began with an exam-style organic chemistry question, followed by more discussion-based questions on job-related chemistry.
