First interview to get to know each other, then a technical interview, analyzing code and pair coding on improving the code. The technical interview was very ambiguous. I was not quite sure what they needed from me, specially considering they had positions for all levels of developers. After asking for further feedback on the decision, they did not answer, which is a really bad sign. Appearances are not what they seem.
