I got through 3 rounds of interviews with different people including the CEO. While each interview was pleasant and these people are kind, they don’t have enough decency to respond to your calls or emails. I understand large corporations going ghost, but most of the time those companies still update you if they choose not to move forward with your candidacy.
I’ve been nothing but polite in my follow ups simply asking for an update one way or another. I must’ve called up at least 10 times during this process.
It takes nothing but 2 minutes to draft a rejection email.
I am in recovery myself, and I wouldn’t want my friends who are considering sobriety to get treatment here considering their lack of professionalism and common courtesy.

Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. Fui entrevistado pela Infinite Recovery (Austin, TX) em abr. de 2019
Entrevista
Interview process was pretty conversational & did not go into much depth in terms of job experience. Focused mostly on my personal recovery. It was more “informational” in that I learned about the job duties & expectations.
They have phone interview and then you are given an actual job application. I never heard back from them afterwards. If I would have been selected they would have reached out the following week.
