I wish, I would not have applied and gave interview.
Anyways, it just normal 1st round about previous company and one case study. That's all.
I was surprised to know, why did they even conduct interview for lateral, if they have least interest in conducting thorough process.
Case study itself was reflection of their work culture pressure, as you have to finish it in 24 hours after receiving it.

Had 2 rounds of interview, one with Manager and the other with the HR, process was pretty simple and was able to clear at without difficulty and the joining process was pretty okay

First was a telephonic discussion with the Vice President and then the next day they scheduled a F2F discussion with the team manager (basically the manager chosen depends on the team where there is vacancy).
