Conducted phone interview with HR person asking briefly about my resume, previous work experience, and education. Then was given a basic project to do with the company software. The project was pretty simple. However, they expect you to go above and beyond what the instructions ask for. After the project, you review it with the lead application engineer and discuss your work and thought processes.
