The interview process was smooth and reasonable, the TA team was welcoming and easy to reach. There was genuine interest in getting to know me as a candidate and examine my fit to the role and culture of the organization. The experience was excellent, with the interview flowing more like a conversation than an interrogation (question - answer - repeat). I was quite disappointed not getting a job offer for the role because I could truly imagine myself being part of this team, which although might sound negative at a first glance, it is always a good sign in terms of how positive the overall candidate experience with an organization is.
