I had a great experience throughout the interview process. I had the opportunity to speak with the CEO, COO, CTO, PM, and President of the company, and each conversation was thoughtful, engaging, and well organized. The questions were meaningful and gave me a strong sense that the company is intentional about finding the right fit, not just from a skills perspective, but also from a culture and teamwork standpoint. It was clear that collaboration, communication, and shared values matter a lot to the leadership team. Overall, I came away very impressed with the people, the process, and the company’s commitment to building a strong team oriented culture.
