Took multiple interviews even though 90% of the reviews is bad about this company, got ghosted with 0 updates after all that effort. Don’t waste your time with unprofessional companies. Especially one that is not trying to do better.

Entrevista
I recently interviewed with HR and had a great conversation, after which I was moved to the next round. Following the second-round interview, I received an automated email stating the company would be moving forward with other candidates. Unfortunately, no feedback was provided. I followed up twice to kindly ask if any feedback could be shared that might help me improve moving forward, but weeks have gone by with no response.
In today’s job market, it would make a big difference if companies took a moment to provide brief feedback to candidates — especially when the conversations go well and candidates invest significant time and effort. Being left without any insight or follow-up can feel disheartening and leaves people in the dark. A short, respectful note goes a long way.

Entrevista
Had an initial screening call with the in-house recruiter, followed by a first stage interview with the Account Director. The interview felt very positive and I was told I’d hear back the following week. A whole week went by with no word, so I sent a polite follow up just to understand when I might hear an update. This has now gone ignored for almost a week. I’m never one to get my hopes up, but to be completely ghosted post-interview is unprofessional after I put a lot of time and effort into the process. I felt very excited at the prospect of working for this Influencer, but I believe the way a company treats its interview candidates is a reflection of the internal state of the workplace. Please have the courtesy to update candidates who take time to interview for you, even if they’re unsuccessful.
