I applied through referral, and the HR screening was very smooth and the call lasted for about an hour, I had very good experience but unfortunately I didn't make it to the next round.

When you have food previous experience or is not too complicated. But it is a sketchy situation, if they don't like you, they will fire you as soon as you start. They don't care if you left your previous job or have a family.
